Why did Dustienne create this space?

This space was created by pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga teacher, and pelvic health educator Dustienne Miller. 

Her patients often report feeling isolated when they are dealing with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse and other pelvic health concerns. Research shows pelvic health conditions are actually quite common even though they are not always talked about.

Dustienne's hopes that you can thrive in this positive and supportive pelvic wellness circle. She hopes you feel empowered and supported by her pelvic yoga practices, mindfulness, and education.
